No longer takes 30+ minutes to fall asleep - Guided Breathing App

No, I am an ex-insomniac. That is why I am speaking from experience. In all honesty, the more efforts I tried to help me sleep, the worse it got. I then started sleeping much better after abandoning ALL sleep efforts. I got rid of ALL the sleepy teas, the supplements, so called relaxation/breathing techniques and all those apps designed to help calm you in bed for sleep. I now go to bed based on how many hours I have stayed awake, not what time the clock says. I fall sleep EVERY single time after being awake at least 16-18 hours and I sleep for 7-8 hours each night. I now realise sleepiness is a lot like hunger, both builds from not sleeping/eating long enough. Sleep is natural and innate to everyone, why the special efforts to get it?? It should come naturally and effortlessly.
