No Man's Sky Developers Now Locking Player Count Number Discussions on Steam

Its subjective, but basically I have a problem with things that take away from the core gameplay I expected when I bought in. Essentially: *all the stupid long animations to get into your ship. They bore me, I just want to hop in an go, not have a 30 second cutscene every time I sit down at the controls. *the first person shooter elements (I mean come on, really? I bought this for dogfighting and space economy, not to play space COD) *the fact that there are so many details, yet they expect to build a massive universe with hundreds of galaxies. If they take their time making every little space station unique, this game is never gonna be fully released. *and untimatly, it looks like the game is going to be the absolute plague of microtransactions. Honestly, I would like to play one mmo that isn't constantly screaming for my money.

I just wish they would get the systems in, get the ships done, and then start making interesting unique dogfighting missions, and basiczlly focus on making that part fun. They have the opportunity to make some pretty creative dogfighting scenarios if they wanted to, but instead they are focusing on making super trolly pvp fps shit. That being said, i get that this is all subjective and my own personal opinion. Feel free to share your thoughts, I always upvote replys unless they are obviously trolling. Essentially though, i payed 40 bucks for this game, and in ordet to play it I'll have to spend 200 not to mention, the ship im going to start out with is gonna suck ass compared to all the stupid shit people bought prealpha. And to make matters worse, theres no singleplayer in the sandbox universe, so i just have to deal with people stealing my ship and trolling the fuck out of me every time i stop to check out a space station or some shit. Its just not what i expected, and increasingly not what i want.
