I mean, not really i think. I think most likely of the pollution from the city. As a Vietnamese myself and a Saigonese, Saigon (or Ho Chi Minh city) is quite polluted due to the amount of motorbikes running around, creating smogs which give ppl thats stuff. The stuff that agent orange does is FAR worse than that, which includes cancer, heart diseases, and most notably, birth deflects, etc. I've seen peoppe who were efdected bt agent orange like the one kid i went to school with, is hands are very small and he was very short. He's not in the same class as i do so i don't onow if he has issuess comprehensing and learning.

Also i've seen pictures of chlorachne and imo they're even worse than that. The girl in the vid has only some bpack cyst while people affected by agent orange has WAY lot more so I doubt that it's an effect of agent orange. Also I've seen videos of people not from Vietnam having approximately the same amount of black cysts on their skins.

Also their accents sound Southern, from the Saigon area, which supports my theory that they're from Saigon, which is quite polluted being a city with similar population to Bangkok. Literally everyone here owns a motorbike and the fact that the city is industrialized and a major and vital hub of transportation make ot even more polluted, so it's understandable that she has them.

Also it's understandable that the user misunderstood the language for Thai, because Vietnamese and Thai sounds pretty similar to an average foreigner, even though they have nothing to do with each other, with even different alphabets (as you can see the tag on the doctor's glove, Vietnamese uses Latin characters while Thai ises it's own alphabet)

Tldr: I personally doubt that it comes from agent orange and think it more likely comes from the pollution of an urban area, most likely Saigon because that city was notorious for pollution. That last paragraph is regarding one of the reditor mistooking Vietnamese for Thai so you don't have to read it.
