No, You Do Not Have a Constitutional Right to Post Hunter Biden’s Dick Pic on Twitter | Elon Musk and Matt Taibbi’s First Amendment follies.

Remind me again who was President in October 2020?

Show me in Taibbi’s thread any piece of correspondence that from any government official asking Twitter to stop the posting of the NY Post story. Not a request from a private citizen asking to have pictures of his son’s shlong taken offline. Show a request from a presidential administration to suppress a news story. Heck, since a Democrat wasn’t President then, just a high ranking elected official.

Oh wait, that’s right, Taibbi said there is no evidence of government officials asking for the removal of any posts. There is evidence that both the Trump and Biden campaigns were flagging content and asking it to be removed, but in 2020, only one of those organizations was actually a run by a government official. If you really gave a shit, you should be asking what the President of the US at the time flagged for removal.

Yes, there were a lot more requests from Biden, but if Don Jr.’s dick was being circulated on the internet at the same time, they probably would have evened out.

The one direct communication between an elected Democrat and Twitter - well, he didn’t think it was such a great idea what Twitter was doing.

Go nuts. Make this Benghazi 2. Let’s spend two years in hearings about Susan Rice’s “talking points” as if it was the greatest coverup since Watergate. I can’t wait for these hearings. 10 hours of this:

“On Oct 28, DongMaster428 had a post flagged for removal, what were the contents of that post?”

“A picture of Hunter Biden’s penis”

“DongMaster428 was posting from an IP address in China. Was Twitter colluding with the CCP to favor Joe Biden?”

“…uhh…I’m sorry, I don’t understand the question?”

“Of course you don’t. Because of your deep ties to China”

Maybe McCarthy can go on TV and explain it’s nothing put performative theater again.

As of right now, no one is going to get in trouble because no one did anything illegal. Misguided, yes. Not a great look for the Twitter executives. But unless there’s more evidence coming, this is a pile of nothing.
