Why no pride?

I know a pharmacist who chase after respect too... demands that they be called a doctor because they have a doctorate degree despite being a pharmacist... and they are a piece of shit scamming trash of a human who villinize everyone they work with. And I'm not exaggerating, wherever they went they had a big fight with previous coworkers and got kicked out despite being new hire. A doctor that I volunteer for, who heavily values ethics and try to stay neutral in many difficult situations, showed disdain for the pharmacist. So I can't see how your rants and complaints are purely based on your career choice. I don't know you but I advice you to have a moment of self reflection, doctors are abused by administrations and worked to their bones. They get shouted at by their patients, to a greater degree at points because patients see them as being in more control. The suicide rates of doctors and med students are way too high. Out of concern, I hope you find that you enjoy being a doctor more than a pharmacist because if you go into the profession only seeking to make "great impact" and gain respect I feel like you're either gonna be miserable or you're a piece of patronizing shit.
