No wonder drivers block the box, Seattle Police won't bother to write any tickets! [37-second video]

I've received verbal and written warnings from police before, they were effective in scaring me into not repeating certain traffic violations. Just this thanksgiving for instance I was getting picked up from a busy airport and my Dad was unable to move the four lanes over to the curb to get me. So I ran on out there and tried to do a real quick on the move hop in, but my bag was too big, and my dad is old and panicked and could not remember how to unlock the trunk to the car he had owned for the past 10 years, and there I am walking with the car as he slowly rolls ahead while desperately trying to find the automatic locks, and up comes mr. policeman on the motorcycle, and I will never forget what he said on his microphone for all to hear: "I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU ARE TRYING TO LOAD YOUR LUGGAGE IN MOVING TRAFFIC, THAT'S A GOOD WAY TO GET KILLED." And with that he just rolled on by, probably having better things to do and didn't want to clog up a lane in the middle of an already packed roadway, but still to this day I feel like a giant ass, and perhaps this driver will to, perhaps.
