Nobody, and I mean NOBODY at my 600+ employee workplace is taking social distancing or mask wearing seriously except for my friend and I, and I feel like an outcast

Sorry, I didn’t mean to antagonize you. Actually I very rarely post on Reddit. Surely you can tell it’s not a crowd that I fit in with well. I’m pretty sure I’m old enough to be your grandma. The lay-offs were traveling nurses hired because of the virus. When I said no patients I meant co-vid patients. The ward for them was closed and the nurses were assigned to other floors. Then a nursing home had several people get it and they were put in the different hospitals. I was told a few minutes ago that the largest hospital is today down to two co-vid patients.They have many non co-vid patients just not even close to the number they usually have. If it would be of a help to you, I can tell you I’m on the west USACoast.
