There's very little will in society to tackle this kind of racism because it's coming from "powerless" minorities. Since white people control the country through sheer numbers, the major racial concern is white people eneacting racial laws or racist private policies.

If one is to bring up this form of racism, it's usually met with a "come on, dude, you're white you don't know real racism." It's seen as trying to downplayv the plight of minorities and the level of racism in society. So in the end conservatives tend to brush it off because it gets them labeled as racist for bringing it up, and liberals brush it off because it's not like black people are gonna ever have the power to enslave white people or keep them down I society, so they just don't care.
