Non-Americans of Reddit, what are the positives of America that you see?

There are pros and cons to everything. It is up to the individual to decide what lifestyle is best for them.

I stayed in my rural small town when I graduated, started a business at 21 years old and, when we're not in the midst of being forcibly shut down by the government during a pandemic, we do really well and have a very comfortable life. The thing about a small town is that in terms of business, it's much easier here to be a big fish in a little pond if you can find your niche. You can make money anywhere if you really want to.

As an introvert with a true aversion to crowds, noise, traffic, and people in general, I am fine to save cities for short visits when I want to go to a concert or NFL game. The nearest city to me is 2 hours away and I'm just fine with that.
