Non Eu dentist interested in doing an ausbildung in nursing

Yes, I know that probably I would be overqualified but as I stated in the OP, the degree recognition in dentistry is very complicated, costly and takes a lot of time, I have seen cases in which people had to wait 4 years and during this time had to fight very aggressively even with lawyers (and spending a lot of money) to have the degree recognized. Furthermore I cannot wait for the recognition just by doing nothing in the meantime.. I cannot even stay in the country. I need a legal permit and also to generate money so I can survive during this time.

About my husband, we are both Non Eu, and when I said he will study in a country next to Germany I just meant that we would be close but separated if I do this. No, he will not be in a border town or anything like that.

Yes, I have seen many comments and topics about how is nursing in Germany, very contradictory comments sometimes but I think it just fit my personality and interests, also you can always specialize, and well, Im not from an English speaking country so I dont know how is nursing over there

I can see and understand that employers could be skeptical. I am not planning to drop out even if I could manage to get the recognition of my degree before finishing the ausbildung. I mean if for example I get the recognition when I am 2 years into the ausbildung, of course I would finish it, its only 1 more year.
