I agree. Masks and costumes look goofy and are overused. It's almost like a contest for these people to look as ridiculous as possible. I'm guessing they are using Fallout as an outlet for their eccentric personalities. There are way more wasteland/survivor like outfits and cosmetics than goofy attire, but these people go out of their way to create the most obtrusive, obscene look they can manage. Most of the blue cat heads are the result of developer room hacks, and subsequent duping and trading. Most of the masks and costumes come out around specific holiday events abd people just never take them off or seek out the next new goofy mask to replace them with. Some people are so obsessed with this behavior, they intentionally glitch a game event to make a unique mask stick to their head. To each their own... but I have always wished I could join a more serious server, instead of being forced to play with the insane clown posse.
