This is where you decide whether to stay 1H or be curious about 2H for this particular build.

You have investment in Shields; bring that up to 15 and basically forget about it. The Mirror's +Reflect works best with a good base SH. You'll want to find a good (medium, regular) shield with good egos/resists. If you find a +Refl shield, compare what Warlock gives.

Reflect jewlery/ancillary slots usually aren't enchanted highly enough (5+?) to be worth it. But as a supplement, it greatly boosts existing SH and it's effects.

Eveningstars and Demon Whips can be formidable end game weapons. Trog might gift you these, typically of the antimagic variety, but I think you're going to get a lot of 2H Trog god weapon drops.

Oh - sorry, actually read your question. No. That Hippo Hat is no good for general use. +4Str for -4Dex plus rCorr rPos for a MiBe isn't helpful. You have plenty of Str, for this build you want more Dex for the relatively more expensive EV. Use this if you must tackle Slime and you don't have any other source of rCorr.
