Nootropic drugs or natural remedies to feel focused and energetic

Coca leaf tea works pretty well. I'd say it's 50% as strong as caffeine though, so there's no comedown like coffee. You can chew the leaves which is stronger than drinking the tea but it's a nasty habit to get into as it has a strong odor, and the odor can stay on your breath for days after chewing it. Other than that though it's not unhealthy and many animals eat them in the wild.

Mate leaves, mate cocido, terrerre or any combination of works well for energy, but mate is about as strong as coffee I'd say so it can be just as habit forming and addictive, although not as destructive to your teeth.

I tend to try to get good fruits, like watermelon, and make a shake, and chug it as fast as I can before starting work. This gives a good healthy energy burst. You have to vary the fruits frequently though or else you'll develop a tolerance very quickly and no longer get the energy. Maracuya on Monday, oranges on Tuesday, grapes on Wednesday, etc. Obviously this has to be natural, freshly squeezed juice though, nothing you'd buy in a bottle.

Food can also provide energy, for me beans, rice and fish work well when eaten in moderately sized portions. Eat too much though and your body will tire from digestion though.

Excersize in moderation, light runs, leight weights, etc also provides energy, but again do it too much and you'll be tired.

For any of this to work you'll need to completely eliminate your coffee habit though. I think caffeine is probably the strongest & unhealthiness stimulant, especially in pill form so if it's not working for you it's because your tolerance is too high. I'd stay off all stimulants for about a week, then start with fruit juices, coca tea, and possibly mate and see where it gets you.

Ideally though, the best energy comes when you wake up in the morning feeling refreshed, like as in as soon as your eyes open you feel ready to begin your day. This is my main goal.
