Seriously? You picked complaints one by one? :D Well, alright, in for a penny, in for a pound :) I'm not affiliated with NordVPN in any way, however I am working in IT for almost ten years. I started this thread as I wanted to recommend the service I enjoy, so I feel somehow responsible to defend my opinion.

I agree that the service is not the fastest I've seen. But it is far from slowest either. Maybe you would like some screenshots? :) There might be more than couple of reasons why VPN service is slow. Some depends on a provider and some depends on you, the user (just to name a few: distance to the server, server load, ISP, encryption and device, security software, etc.). Same goes with connection issues. Let's quickly jump through these complaints you so nicely pinpointed. "A lot of servers are down" - firewall/antivirus system/ISP is blocking a pingback between the server and the app. "Traffic routed through Canada or Netherlands" - if you would read about the service before buying it, you would know that they re-route P2P traffic if it's detected on unsupported servers. "Unable to connect to a server or it takes x number of tries, using Windows" - there is a problem with your TAP drivers. Reinstall.

I am not saying that they never had any issues or that the service is bulletproof, however such thing as 'bulletproof' doesn't exist in IT world. So please be so kind and answer me this: would I be able to find complaints about PIA after doing a quick search on the web? How can you be sure about any self proclaimed 'logless' service if it is impossible to check that?
