That is not 100% true. if you're level 61 and only need 1 capotia earring, you can either spend about 450 mil on capotia or like 950 on a earring with the same ap you can resell. but for someone that just got their first lvl 61. 950 mil is a lot of money. and if you look at money pr. ap, earring is the last upgrade you should get, so when you at that point where you need to upgrade your earring you're making a lot more money than you are now. therefore I would save the 500 mil and use them on some other upgrade. and when you in 2 years need to upgrade the earing you lose the 450 mil spend and at that point, it doesn't matter as much as 500 mil matters now.... writing this i just realized you get a tri capota earring at lvl 63. so it might just be worth buying the 950 mil one, and selling it when you get 63. but lvl 63 is still a long way if you have a life outside of bdo
