Normality tries to return to r/TankieJerk after the failed coup, but some angry users remain

My point is that what ever flavor of Marxism/communism/socialism any of these groups claim in the end they’re all authoritarian dictatorships so it’s bad faith (imo) to argue the bad things happening under them get attributed to their label rather than reality.

I brought up China in my original post because they fit what I’m describing to a T. The current ruling government is the CCP or CPC aka Communist Party of China, if you were discussing communism and someone brought up their treatment of the Uyghurs as a point against communism that’d be pretty ridiculous, because they’re an authoritarian state with a capitalist bent at this point.
