Reading any liberal news source is worthless because they do not tell you the truth.

Did it? Is that the opinion of the author, or did he get from the South Koreans directly? What about "suggests" that? According to what?

Trump has * a lot* to do with- why else would it suddenly be changing? The threat of tariffs of China played a hand, as China wields a large degree of influence in NK. Trump's tough stance and refusal to continue the status quo of doing nothing played a part to. Trump takes office, immediately changes the tone, and now we see this. How it is remotely logical to think he didnt play a factor?
