I've got an investment where I could end up pretty rich. The chance of success is small but possible. My children could end up rich too. And if continued so could their children. And their children. If it worked out I'd set up a familial sovereign wealth fund in a ways. It's pay out a ubi basically for my descendants.

One thing is though is I'd need some way to make it stick. To have it work out. To raise my son's right to not see this as a way of having lambos and big mansions, but a ever growing safety net that allows them and their children and children's children ( properly invested it should scale for a long time ) to never know hunger or homelessness. To never be wed to a job due to bad wages.

To have money each month for hobbies or travel or whatever they want. A cushion.

The problem is of course when I'm gone some dipshit great grandkids will probably gut it somehow.
