Not clickbait. real question. Why are any of you considering buying a ps5 when nearly everything about consoles is so anti-consumer.

Let me play a free online Beta or a free to play online game or join a party but NOPE unlike Playstation a paid MONTHLY subscription is required for Xbox. A big exclusive like Halo 5 or Gears 5 drops and is flooded with MTX unlike Last of Us 2 and Ghost of Tsushima but MUH Xbox is pro consumer.

Did I mention that Xbox controller does not come with rechargeable batteries and that you have yo buy it yourselves, or that there are ads in UI.

If you don’t spend any money on your Xbox it’s a dead console. But if you buy a PS5 or PS4 you can download Fortnite, CoD Warzone, Rocket League, Apex Legend and play as long as you want without paying a cent. That is what I call the best value in gaming and that’s why I am switching from Xbox One to PS5
