1 fact you believe “emotional support dogs” are valid is telling me this is a useless discussion but I wanted to clarify #2 I did say “ANIMAL” slaves and I mean that, I don’t personally believe any animal owes human beings work, attention or certainly not their lives to feed us. Before you go off the rails with that diversion thank you.

Animals certainly do NOT owe humans emotional support, not with their general lack of complex emotions and undeveloped prefrontal cortex. People have opportunities for therapy and self reflection and self worth. Relying on an animal crutch - which usually is just an egotistical attention grab - is a disgraceful waste of human possibility.
