Not doing too hot in hands on Class Portion of Apprenticeship , advice needed (long)

What is your craft cert on and why are you so convinced you'll fail it if you have a full year experience ahead of other apprentices in the same position as you? Sounds like you're doubting yourself without even putting in the effort. If the craft cert is on pipe bending and you don't have the experience at worst youtube that shit to teach yourself but you could also ask your local if they have any classes or anyone willing to help you out. It's a first year craft cert, it can't be that wild. You should have had some experience in this through your local apprentice education but if you haven't then there's not much you can do other than trying to educate yourself. Don't fall into the trap of thinking only non union employers will take you. You'll just fuck yourself out of money long term.
