Blackpandaaa, my response to ggeowizard sharing the yelp review was all based on FACT. We are all open to negative feedback here, we appreciate it because if we don't know then there is nothing we can do to resolve it. I am sorry to hear that you felt like you were blown off. Zack is a very busy man with a lot on his plate, but he would not blow a customer off. I'm sorry to hear that that was your experience. Since I don't know who you are or what you came in for I can't really say much else other than we would like to help you in any way that we can.

As for the cold shoulder and dirty looks its too bad you had that experience, but we have strict customer service protocols so I can't imagine anyone here giving our customers dirty looks. Our customers are the life of what we do, why would we treat them that way? Why would we invest our whole lives into a place where we give dirty looks to the very people who support it? We wouldn't. Unfortunately I can't help the way you choose to personally feel. We never want anyone to feel unwelcome, blown off or like they can't talk to us. We would like nothing more than to help.

I am new to reddit and when I realized it is against the rules to post OPs name I changed that. I would like to point out that my partner's name and the name of my business are being used in a negative light and there are no facts to back it up, so I simply did not see the problem with sharing the OP's facts about the issues she was so upset about but didn't specify. I did share the OPs info and I did so because it was FACT. When there is a review like the one posted here based on RUMOR and HEARSAY I will set the record straight that this review is NOT BASED ON FACTS, and somebody desperately wants to affect my business with lies and gossip. So yes. Would you just sit back and let someone try to drag your everything through the mud? Probably not.
