Back years ago when I was like 18 and stupid, I sold a fake purse (STUPID, I know). My eBay and PayPal was shut down. They kept what money I had and closed my account down for good. Unfortunately, my SSN was linked with the account and I’m permanently banned. Since then, I’ve sold for over 10 years with my husbands account and have been very careful to only sale legitimate items and I sell thousands every year. I’m always careful not to leave much money in there though bc I have heard horror stories about PayPal. But in my personal ban experience, it was my fault I was banned and funds frozen. I am always nervous to do many transactions on there with friends or family too, again, just bc of all the things I hear happening and flagging things as possible fraud.
