I was stuck in a situation very much like this with a cop car behind me. I was the very front car and he came up behind me code 3. I wasn’t moving because other cops kept coming West Bound and South Bound, and all were heading West bound. I was pointed/heading North Bound. I refused to move because it would have put me into the intersection with all these other in coming cops cars. He didn’t seem to care and kept getting on his speaker ordering me to move out of his way but I simply didn’t move because I didn’t feel it was safe for me to do, the accident would have clearly been my fault, even if I followed his orders. He threatened me with a ticket but oh boy I would have fought that one. I really honestly hope no one has to be in this situation but it’s more likely to happen then not.

Maybe 1 1/2 minutes after he pulled in behind me, the light changed and I simply sped up (other north bound traffic didn’t move) and I just moved over. Thankfully he didn’t try to hunt me down or pull me over (like if he got cleared from the call in that time). I knew he would be a power tripping officer. I respect all law officers but some really need to chill or find a different line of work.
