not liable for condition of unit. what is legal to sell, give away, and remove?

If you asked me two years ago if I ever would be in a position like this, I would have denied it through and through. Family is sabotaging me and my business. They refused to give me police, respect, anything because I denied them access from account that I work hard for. His new tenants will be competitors and they are willing to make repairs but they were never willing to make for me. It's not actually a restaurant, some things I don't is very strict safety protocols. Hehe I repaired broken windows, peeling baseboards, paint, windows don't close and have gaps, he pulled out our ceiling tiles to give to other tenants, emotionally abused for several years related to this, looking at me like his stupid little cash cow, and when it got too much comes to shove it became physical. Today he is ready and willing to throw me out on the streets, he doesn't care where my business goes, he doesn't have any interest in it. He's only interested in money. I have cleaned the bathrooms for the entire building, remove trash, swept the parking lot done landscaping, allowed the maintenance people to work and do their thing, because I have the kids, gone to the bank and on deposits for him.

You can insult me and say whatever you want, but until you find yourself My shows you don't know. This entire thing has been extremely hurtful and I can't even begin to explain the entire thing on reddit. I have have to go to church right now :-) if you met me you wouldn't see me as a vindictive person, I am looking out for my Business and I am trying to understand nah nevermind I have given hub trying to understand .
If I really want to continue with the legal route, which perhaps you would find more morally responsible, it will likely put my mother behind bars for five plus years. I can't do that
