"not one teacher will lose their jobs"...except all the new ones

While I feel bad for the teachers, you so right. There are so many young teachers that only pursued the profession for the pay, benefits, and security. Can't say I blame them, but now they're screwed.

My sister in law is a substitute teacher and has been for 2 years, and now she's likely going to have to find a new career. She complains about how it's the government's fault and that it's unfair for her. She's right, but having the attitude that you're guaranteed anything in life is foolish.

If they have anyone to blame it's the teacher's union. If teacher salaries and benefits weren't so high, there would be less teachers getting laid off. No that I agree with the cuts that the Ford government has done.
