I don't tell my mother anything because of this
She brags to other people, "oh yeah, well my daughter put herself through grad school."
She made me buy her food with my student loan money. I owe over 100k.
And then she complained at me for a year straight whip writing my masters thesis about hurrying up because I wasn't doing it fast enough.
I had a kid in grad school and depression that really ground me into the ground. I am either amazing or a terrible person. And she is legit proud that I put myself through an college as a single parent. She sneers at people who help their kids go to college.
I literally owe 120,000 and change. I wish I had a real family. Lol
