not sure how I feel about this. why not just PAY your employees well?

Do you know what the annual expenses are? I guarantee that’s not 4 million in profit. 4 million in revenue sounds right for a local restaurant of that size. That is by every business classification definition a small business. Do you know the stats of how many restaurants don’t make it more than a few years? At any point, they can go under. If you enjoy the food, atmosphere, or drinks at a local place, don’t bitch about the effort to go be a patron, because tomorrow they may be gone and you’ll be wishing they weren’t. Seriously how many lancaster restaurants have we lost in the last 5 years that were incredible staples? It happens all the time. And who replaces it, some one that cares a lot less, guaranteed. Support small businesses folks.
