I do nothing everyday but I'm still tired

Sometimes just staying in bed and doing nothing can make you more tired.

I know it is hard but they to get up go outside. Walk down the street, around the block. Whatever just get out there is dona little at a time.

Start with 5 minutes and slowly buld ul. It will be hard but do what you can until you can do more.

I started doing 15 minutes and now I am doing an hour an a half walks.

You are like a battery I guess that just needs charging. With each step you take you charge yourself a little more.

It would be helpful to write down the activities you do, do so you can see the progress. Seeing how you are able to do it hopefully will motive you to do more.

Remember it takes, taking the first step to reach a mile.
