nothing matters

I can't fully answer that cause I'm working on some bits of myself that I don't like either and haven't figured it all out. For starters you could figure out why are you filled with hate. Who is it targeted towards? If it's something beyond your control, then you have to let it go or come to terms with it. If it's within your control to change the circumstances so that you feel less hate, then you can make those changes. There's a lot more you could figure out if you talked to a good therapist. You have to be frank and open, let everything out.

Another thing is to channel that hate into something else. Hate and anger are like rocket fuel. You could hit the gym, play a sport, boost your career, impress people. Being admired for being really good at something is a great feeling. You could push yourself so hard that you're too tired to feel that hate. At the end of the day all that will matter is a comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. It'll create a positive feedback loop, and after a while, when you think of your original reasons for hatred, you'll be like 'not worth my time'
