Real life example:
My cousin: my boobs are too small :( and also "My lips aren't how I want them"
Guess what happens? Christmas 2018 she gets a boob job. Christmas 2019 she gets her lips done.
Meanwhile most of us men:
"Just got rejected for being too short, bro"
"Just got rejected for my dick not being big enough, bro"
"My jawline is weak AF, bro"
"My hands are like girls hands, bro"
Notice something in common? - None of our problems can be actually fixed by modern science. Even if we want to improve ourselves (to please women) we literally don't have the option.
