Now that the dust has settled...

Pace's biggest issue right now is that out of his two 1st round picks, one has been injured and the other is being gradually brought in so any casual fan are looking at that and jumping to their own conclusions.

The other problem is the perception of the team is the Jay Cutler problem. Cutler is the best short term solution for the team while they look for the next QB but the problem is that hes been on this team for so long, there is too much baggage for a lot of people to look past, especially when he has a bad game.

Looking at things overall, Im still positive about the team. They are still rebuilding at this stage (and people who claim otherwise appear to have no idea what a rebuild means) and Pace has hit on his draft picks in the early/middle rounds in Goldman, Langford, Amos, Howard, Whitehair etc

And if you look at the team, their is talent there when everyone is healthy and we do have two well proven coaches in Fox and Fangio so there are more reasons to be patient with this team rather than to throw our toys out of the pram and to clean house again
