Speaking of fiction, the final Harry Potter movie was originally intended to be called 'Harry Potter and the Part 2 Part 3'.

Rowling ultimately vetoed this plan of action following the untimely death of twenty midget actors on set, in what later transpired to be a string of murders committed by Neville Longbottom - in an effort to, in his own words, "purge the filthy degenerate midget pygmy goblins".

Needless to say, the Midget Actors Guild were frightfully unhappy and took the matter to court. They were later recompensed with tickets to Disneyland Paris, where they were unfortunately midgetnapped and press ganged into service - strangely enough not as actors, but to perform fellatio on Goofy and Buzz Lightyear.
