I'll be cynical here, be warned...

We live an ocean apart, but here where I live, many alternative/lefty types just want to literally and figuratively screw around and I doubt that many of those guys are too eager to pay for an unwanted baby and actually be forced to get their shit together for once. So, chances are, the recent developments finally caused some of them to wake up from their trans-trance and made them realize that this shit has some very real consequences, including for male brocialists. I'd doubt it if they'd genuinely support women's rights all of a sudden, for men it's more a case of ''holy crap, I don't want to have anything to do with a baby!''

I very much doubt that it ha much to do with genuine concern for women, at least on the part of those males.
