If Russia had actually "hacked" the DNC emails then the National Security Agency would have had proof of such activity. In fact, the NSA could have tracked such activity. But they did not do that. 

Why didn't they get a FISA on the Russians, or at least Assange, if they thought foreigners were colluding to impact our election? Yet, they got FISA warrants on American citizens involved in the Trump campaign? But not the actual foreigners involved...even though they used the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act!? I don't know how I never really thought of it that way until just now.
