NSE goBID for buying G-Sec (T-bills/Bonds)

Yes, I have tried it.

If your broker allows you to bid for G-SECs, I don't think there is any advantage in using the NSE NCBP platform. The brokerage amount is capped by RBI. Besides, of course if you want to bid using the money in your bank account and not touch the money in your trading account.

I think there are very few brokers who are actually allowing one to buy into G-Sec at this moment.

This applies more on the discount brokers. Almost all full service brokers provide it.

In case your broker doesn't provide it, you can straight up file the application form yourself to an aggregator.

I am having difficulty in getting OTP on mobile and hence stuck with registration.

Make sure the password you are submitting is not longer than 12 characters. It either doesn't send the OTP, even if it does, it prompts you to shorten your password. (A pain in the rear I know.)
