A gun was excessive, but so was trespassing and assault. Ex-husband had a divorce lawyer and settlement for this. This was neither the time nor place to settle the issue, he broke laws, threatened the safety of the man's WIFE, and ASSAULTED the man. He was literally asking for it. LITERALLY. NOT FIGURATIVELY. I can get behind no charges being filed.
