First of all, I'm so sorry to have to subject anybody to these images. (Pics taken right after I shaved awhile ago)

I don't usually shave as I didn't want to make my condition there worse but I did just to show how ugly it is hidden under the hair and I think shaving made it worse. I have had these concerns ever since I was about 12.

My genitalia scarring probably came from me popping the cysts (?) when I was young, I'm aware of that. And I recently suspected that I probably originally got them was because I never dried off after rinsing off when I used the bathroom and my underwear would stay damp and warmth for years.

However, that doesn't explain why I still have the ugly bumps because I do dry off now. And I even have a bump in my inner thigh (second last pic?) And it doesn't fade away, same with my armpit (the last picture). Sometimes they swell up bad but mostly when they're normal they're just like an annoying skin bump.

Recently I've had a huge bump filled with pus and when it popped, there was an ugly dark scar like the ones in the pics.

I don't know what to do anymore. I don't wear short sleeves, I can't have sex without fear of the other person thinking I have STDs when I'm a virgin. Is there anyway to make the scars and bumps disappear or at least fade them? I don't know how to live my life like this anymore. I don't even know what these skin conditions are.

Doctors are expensive and I wouldn't even know how to breach upon this subject... I try to search for help online but I don't even know what to search for. Help me please somebody :( Even if it's just directing me towards medical page I can look into. Thank you if you do.
