Ah, this happened last year and will remain the biggest cockblock I shall ever experience.

I was at a club during student night one Wednesday last year and during the night kept bumping into the same girl who I vaguely knew as I'd shared a building with the year before. She was with a guy friend she knew from back home who was visiting for uni. Well, we got talking and dancing and a couple hours in it was clear we both wanted to leave together. As her friend was staying with her we opted to go back to her place, so we get a taxi back to hers and we go into her house.

At this point she walks to the living room and says "you can sleep in here, the sofas pretty comfortable!" and then she moves on and starts walking to her bedroom, softly dragging my hand with her. It's at this point that I realise that the guy friend thinks she is talking to me, and so also starts to follow her to her room.

He follows us into the room, and she gets straight into bed, at this point not realising the other guy is in her room as well. So there's me and this other guy. At some point he finally clicks that she didn't mean him and to save face he starts hamming this up like a practical joke and gets into bed with her. About 15 minutes later the three of us are in bed together fully clothed after I try and sort of add a little pressure for the guy to leave, with me and the girl awkwardly looking at each other while the friend continues to cockblock beyond normal functioning levels. A minute later I get up and say "well, this has been weird" and leave, a taxi ride, and a handful of texts messages later and I'm back home, alone, cockblocked and confused
