Numb

Chill bud you experienced normal hypotension. I must assume you’re fairly young if it’s the first time. It’s when you stand up pretty quick and your blood pressure drops before your body regulates it thus not enough blood passes through the brain and you faint. It doesn’t happen everytime but more likely if you sit a really long time and stand up really quick. And only lasts a few seconds. It’s nothing to worry about unless it becomes a regular thing, like me.

I have extreme hypotension and happens more times than not throughout the day and it’s so intense my vision went black and I lost completely sense of my body for a few seconds and fell a few times before I learnt to avoid that. I will still faint and if it’s too much I’ll sit down right away. Being checked by a cardiologist and had arrythmias though so my symptoms are way far than that.

Forget about me, occasional hypotension is completely normal and everyone gets to experience it sometimes. There’s not much you can do for it even for me besides taking some supplement like magnesium than helps regulate your heart beats and it is effective but for all people ofc standing up slower from sitting too long is the first thing you do. It’s literally caused by blood pressure being low for a few seconds so no pressure lowering medicine would help (for me).

Anyway, exercise and healthier diet might help get your blood circulation better also keep hydrated and remember is harmless. If you notice it happening too many times go checked out to ease your mind.

P.S. on a side note weed shouldn’t be affecting you by the morning and yes it’s more likely to experience fainting when doing any kind of drugs but like, come on. Weed is the most harmless thing in this world it’s even medicine. Even better than tobacco.
