OP needs to heed this advice!

Employers tend to have no time to weed through all the applicants because they have other things to do.

Recruiters are compensated based on putting people into roles. If you get recruiters on your side, they will work on your behalf. They also serve as the layer that actually screens for qualified, desirable candidates.

Therefore, as mentioned above (!): don't focus on company job postings on LinkedIn, focus on connecting with recruiters who will give you the inside track.

(The ironic thing is, there's a certain amount of screening to figure out who are good recruiters and who are mindless spammers hoping to get lucky)
