Nursing student called up for active duty due to covid-19. Nursing school is deeply understanding and basically says if you leave we kick you out.

Yeah I've been through nursing school and I've taught at nursing schools. I've heard hundred of nursing school horror stories from students and faculty and I've never heard of a program that requires completing the entire program over again for failing or dropping a class. Beyond the fact that would be extremely unfair to students nursing schools have limited spots in each cohort and it's in their financial interest to not start someone completely over as this way they have two paying students instead of one. They'll fail people out of a class or clinical quickly for grades or attendance, but they do not require nursing students to start back at fundamentals if they fail out of medsurg or critical care or any other stage. Thanks for trying though
