Nutrition (and Supplement) Thursday

I have a very intense workload these days at uni -- essentially trying to fit three terms into two. I put on a fair bit of weight earlier this year and I'd like to take off the final ~12 pounds. However, I've been having a lot of trouble because I can't afford to take my foot off the brake at school, and I have had some difficulty focusing after my workouts (I only have time to work out in the morning). As a result I end up blowing my diet a lot on workout days.

As such, I'd like to try EC stack, mainly to allow for better focus in between meals after my workout. I tried a 4mg dose the other day with a cup of coffee and it felt great. I don't feel the need to up this dose and will stick with it as long as it's effective. I only want it for a modest appetite suppressant/kick of energy post workout.

My plan is to take one single dose of 4mg after workouts 3 times a week for the next 4 weeks. I read somewhere that sporadic use of ephedrine can actually be harder on your heart -- is this true? Is there anything wrong with this plan?
