Nutritious "Kid Food"

It does come off a little holier than thou. Only because...if there is not a deficiency in what food is being offered to the child-- major cringe.

And if there is an issue, thinking a playdate is making any real difference is a bit cringey as well.

Just have a healthy snacking/feeding plan for all kids that come around your house regardless of their situation.

It's just an unwritten rule when you bring your kids to my house that they are going to mostly snack on cheese, popcorn, carrots, celery, apples and bananas and we only serve whole milk or water to drink. I let new parents know and invite them to bring anything extra that their kids might miss eating or drinking.
