They already removed functionality when they rebranded the "Pre-rendered Frames" option to "Low latency mode" removing the granularity of picking 1-2-3 or 4 frames pre-rendered to just having Off On and Ultra.

Exactly for the same reason OP is bringing up in this thread, uninformed ... idiots who think AMD releasing something almost a decade after its existence on the Nvidia side, allows them to boast about them being first to market with it, which is factually wrong, ultimately pissing off Nvidia to re-brand the name of a decade old function and shafting over us the consumer by making it less functional (Removing options).
