Also vendor marketing programs are a product, if Nvidia makes a program so rewarding that every vendor wants to join and AMD can't afford to counter offer a single one - that is on AMD.

And AMD will lose the "gamer" brand for every OEM, they'll just have to find new OEMs, sell direct or settle for another branding umbrella.

I cannot see that happening, but the only way it becomes anti-competitive (in the legal sense, not the informal way everyone uses it on Reddit as "unfair because it seems like bullying the weak") if Nvidia is indeed somehow "forcing" as you say.

Which I cannot see happening. ASUS is bigger than Nvidia - if they decide it is worth more money for them to sell AMD products under their gamer brand than what Nvidia is offering them, or they just don't give a shit about the small losses so they can maintain brand control they'll happily tell Nvidia to piss off.

I mean ASUS is literally an order of magnitude bigger than Nvidia as a company, how the hell is Nvidia going to force anything on them?
