NYC experiences for immigrant parents who can't speak English that well?

depends if they want chinese food or not.

i know my parents like getting chinese food in other cities, so flushing would be a good stop for them.

i'd take them to the obvious tourist spots to get that NYC thing out of the way, i.e. Statue of Liberty, something on Broadway like Lion King, WTC (I work in 1WTC, so I took them up to my office, saved myself $40 for the observation deck lol), 9/11 museum, Central park, Rockefellar Center, walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.

you don't need to know english for any of that stuff... just like... how most tourists can enjoy them.

as for food, you can hit up that lobster boat that takes you on a quick spin at pier 81. i know asian folks love them seafood, and you also get a quick skyline view.

maybe hit up chelsea market. brooklyn bridge park luke's lobster. hit up Paulie Gee's
