Its my go to because you can see the rioters bring the barricade to the police car in the video. Its my go to because Iv done/seen similar things myself in past riots.

One thing Iv never seen though, is cops bringing a small barricade, 3 people long on a large road, in front of their car to stop rioters from going somewhere BUT do not bring any back up at all behind while they are trying to advance.. Watch the video again and ask yourself how is that barricade going to stop protester from walking beside. This isnt a logic calculated move, the action of bringing that lone, 2 meter long barricade is completely useless, no matter which side you are on. Therefore my assumption is that its the rioters who brought it in, because rioters, do stupid, random shit all the time.
