NYSBA and DP4NY had a meeting yesterday. Linked is the outcome of that meeting.

No, both merely suggested that you, for some bizarre reason, expected the NYBOLE to engage in good faith. Unless you necessarily believe the NYBOLE would engage in good faith, how does any of that actually follow?

There were other members at the meeting, including NYSBA and Justice Scheinkman. NYSBA doesn't trust NCBE either and they have the CoA's ear as does Scheinkman.

Better to put forward strong arguments that BOLE can't easily rebut than to put forward weak arguments that DP4NY already knew were flawed.

Again, AFAIK, it's an open group, which you are more than free to join and help steer.

I won't join them for other reasons, but I have spoken directly with them about their weak arguments. And that should have been enough for them to advance arguments that weren't so piss-poor.
