O-LEVELS MEGATHREAD

A lot of people do this. You MUST have the discipline to study, don't fuck up because studying overseas is EXPENSIVE. If you very lazy to study then really don't bother wasting money.

What is your definition of study in terms of duration ? I do not fancy the notion of studying for hours everyday even after coming back from school . Doing something I do not like for a long period of time just to survive or have a better life in future does not appeal much to me , I try to minimize such events TO AN EXTENT unless crucial/necessary . My workload has been increasing since secondary school and I've pretty much adapted to the amount of work given already . And I don't know if this is my stereotype of Singapore but I personally think that if I study in overseas , the stress / workload would be lesser and probably curriculum time too , correct me if I'm wrong please because I'm not too sure about this ! I do know that a lot of people do this but for my case I want to know the crucial details and the pros and cons of opting to study overseas than to proceed with a course in a polytechnic .

There's your problem. You should not be judging a course based on their names alone. Go check out their modules, their job recommendations after you graduate. DO YOUR RESEARCH wtf it's your life don't anyhow.

Don't worry . I don't judge a course based solely on their names , I am clearly aware that the names are just the tip of the iceberg and they do not necessary resonate with the modules itself , that's why I'm posing queries and trying to seek advice . I will be spending time to review the modules later or tomorrow , I'm currently working 9 am - 6 pm so I haven't had much time to do it , been consulting family members and cousins (most went to JC) but they have no or little experience with my case but they have helped me with my surface decisions so far .
